Kaisa graduated Food Technology MSc at TalTech in 2021. During studies she focused on microbial interactions in plant-based foods. After graduation she was fascinated about the idea of producing caseins with microorganisms and tried her hand in biotech start-up enterpreneursip with the same. She is now working on DigiBio and Bioconnect projects as well as conducting group´s overall outreach and communication.
