I'm a PhD student in the RLAlab at Imperial College London, developing a CRISPRai toolbox for Yarrowia lipolytica and applying it to the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) precursors. I'll be visiting the BioEng Lab for three months to learn ecGEM modeling and use it to identify new CRISPRai targets.
