Katharina Ostertag

Katharina is a biotechnology student from BOKU university in Vienna, Austria. Previously she worked in the field of cultivated meat and bioprocess engineering.
She is currently doing her international Erasmus program in the bioengineering laboratory. As a part of her master degree she carries out research on the immobilization of Rhodotorula toruloides in 3D-printed hydrogels.
